So if your item has any manufacturer errors, staining, or damage, please do not dispose of or amend it. Contact us via the contact link on our website or email us at bcadet00@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, along with your name and images of the fault, and we will ship you a replacement free of charge! Exchanges typically take 5-8 business days to arrive.
